There is now a White House petition circulating to deport British citizen Piers Morgan, and CNN talk show host for comments he has made to subvert the United States Constitution and attack the 2nd amendment. (Below)
I once liked Piers Morgan, after his appearance on NBC’s “The Apprentice”, where he represented himself to be more of a conservative. Sadly, I was wrong — and Morgan has shown his true colors in recent weeks, forgetting that he is a guest in our nation. Americans don’t take kindly to a foreigner coming on our soil, and telling us how to run our country — I’m sorry this takes you by surprise Mr. Morgan. I believe it was tried once before, and failed miserably.
In case you haven’t been tuned into the Communist News Network (CNN), Morgan has made a spectacle of himself on late not TV recently as he’s made a concerted effort to go after those that stand up for the 2nd amendment. Among the guests that he’s had, Morgan hosted Larry Pratt from the Gun Owners of America in an interview where he called Pratt “an unbelievably stupid man”, and proceeded to verbally berate and scream at Mr. Pratt on national television. While I understand that Piers Morgan has certain rights guaranteed to him under our 1st amendment, even though he is not an American citizen — I also understand that we don’t have to put up with a foreigner on our soil who supports subverting the US constitution. This is akin to agents from foreign soil operating within our borders in order to destroy the nation, and attack the very values that hold us together as a country. This simply can not be permitted on our watch, and something must seriously be done.
Morgan, like many anti-gun activists, completely dismiss the point that Americans are armed to protect them from their government. The founding fathers knew exactly what they were doing when they put the 2nd amendment in our Bill of Rights, and it is the duty of every Americans to defend those rights until the day we die. If our government makes attempts to disarm us and suspend our constitutional rights, we must resist as Washington and Jefferson would have wanted. For it would be better to die with your boots on, gun in hand, than to live under tyranny. The thought of some ex-marine sniper camped out on a ridge waiting for the government to come and take his guns is something that scares liberals so much they can’t bare to mention it when making their arguments.
Piers Morgan should quickly and peacefully be returned to the United Kingdom where he can live the life of a victim that he misses so much, without the right to protect himself from violent criminals or his government. We don’t need or appreciate his kind in America, as we’ve got enough of our own subversive traitors to deal with at this difficult time in our history.
